Rod and Reel Repair
We clean and repair most major brands of reels in house. A cleaning costs $30 for offshore reels and $20 for all others (parts are an additional charge). Each reel is broken down and put into an ultrasonic cleaner that cleans them better than anything that can be achieved by hand. The bearings and gears are inspected for flaws, and they are then oiled and greased to ensure performance. We also offer rod repair on broken rod guides and tips. They come out looking good as new!

Fishing Licenses
We sell all Louisiana resident and nonresident fishing and hunting licenses (excluding lifetime licenses). For residents over 60 years old, a senior hunt and fish license is available for $5 that covers almost all hunting and fishing licenses. We also sell permits to fish the Burns (Miami Corporation).

We offer up to twelve months interest-free financing on many rods and reels, along with lots of other products! Approved customers can take these products home today with no money down! The application process is speedy and straightforward with no waiting period for approval.

We are able to order a variety of products that we have available to us that we do not stock in-store. If there is a certain lure, lure color, rod reel, or anything else that you’re looking for but we do not have it in stock, we will certainly try to get it for you!

Line Spooling
– We have two large electric spooling machines that allow us to spool reels faster than you would think possible. It also allows the line be spooled on the reel tightly and evenly. We can spool everything from your perch setup to your marlin rig! We have a variety of lines in bulk that we use to spool reels. For normal baitcast and spinning reels, it’s just $6 for a monofilament spooling. Braid and fluorocarbon are priced by the yard, depending on the size and brand of the line.

Costa Del Mar Warranty
We send Costa Del Mar sunglasses back to the factory for both warranty and nonwarranty repairs. Costa Del Mar offers a limited lifetime warranty for defects in workmanship of their glasses. We will send them to Costa for a warranty inspection. Costa will then either fix them under warranty for a nominal fee, or they will fix them for price not under warranty based off of which part of the glasses was broken. Either way, it beats paying for a brand new pair!
