• Reel Cleaning – $35: Full disassembly, cleaning, and lubrication to restore smooth performance. Additional charges may apply for larger reels.

Return Shipping Label – $7.00

This $7.00 fee covers a prepaid return shipping label so you can send your reel to us for repair. Return shipping is billed separately at checkout.

Not local? No problem — we accept reels shipped from anywhere in the US.

1. Place your repair request using the button above
2. At checkout, use the "Add order note" field to describe the issue with your reel (e.g. cleaning, drag is slipping, handle is stiff, reel won't engage)
3. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label — $7.00 billed at checkout
4. Pack your reel securely in a padded box and drop it off using the label provided
5. Once we receive and inspect your reel, we'll call you with a quote before any work begins
6. Payment is collected when the job is complete
